This apartment
is fully furnished and modern and situated at Aries Nest (opposite the old
Village green - close to Kingswood College)
Room1:
Double bed with electric blanket and heater
Room2: King size bed with electric
blanket and heater
There is only one bathroom which has a shower.
The kitchen
is furnished with a hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, washing
machine, crockery and cutlery. Parking is behind access controlled gates and
there is a security guard on the premises from 6 pm till 6 am.
The proposed nightly rates is R1550.00 per night for the unit (maximum of 4 adults). A refundable deposit of R1500.00 will need to be paid.
The flat will be serviced (cleaned) every 3rd day and
clean bedding and towels will be provided.
All monies (Deposit and Rental) will
need to be paid in advance to secure a booking. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
