This house is located between Kingswood College and Graeme College at Hart Place.  Sleeping 5 guests maximum the main bedroom has a queen sized bed and a sleeper couch with shower/toilet ensuite.  The second bedroom has a double bed.  The main bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen includes all facilities including a microwave, kettle, gas stove, toaster etc. There is an outdoor braai area. There is a large TV with the full DSTV bouquet.   Safe off street parking is available in the yard and there is a security system in place.  Heaters and electric blankets are provided.   A maid service is available on request at an additional charge.     The house does have a separate unit attached so there could be other people on the property.

The proposed nightly tariff is R1500.00 per night - negotiable.
